Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the development and execution of customer experience initiatives, focusing on AI and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Drive innovation in customer experience by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and business partners.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of customer experience initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of customer experience and AI.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or program management role, with a focus on customer experience or AI.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
