📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate seamless communication between Chinese clients and the local team using Mandarin.
• Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Assist with client meetings and negotiations, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Provide language support for marketing and sales teams, helping to create and deliver effective campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with Chinese clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all business operations run smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in language support and client relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of experience in language support or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of local business practices and customs in Indonesia.
