📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and retail stores, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the building materials sector.
• Leverage Salesforce and SAP to manage sales pipelines, track performance, and analyze data.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase our products and build brand awareness.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the building materials sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of building materials, including cement, steel, wood, and other construction products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP for sales management and data analysis.
