📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to optimize the management of incoming and outgoing funds.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting and management.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on financial reporting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and management, with a strong background in managing financial transactions.
