🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations and labor compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques and mediation processes.
