Field Assistant - Agricultural Outreach

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with local farmers and agricultural communities in Jawa Barat.
• Demonstrate and promote our agricultural products, providing clear and concise information about their benefits.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to farmers, helping them implement best practices and improve their yield.
• Collect and analyze data on farmer feedback, product usage, and community needs.
• Collaborate with the agricultural outreach team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and community leaders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the agricultural industry.
• Report on your activities and progress to the team, ensuring that our goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in agricultural extension, field assistance, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with farmers and community members.
• Familiarity with agricultural products, technologies, and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Jawa Barat.
