📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and SAP to gather, analyze, and report on data related to warehouse performance and compliance.
• Review inventory management systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Assess compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in warehouse operations.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce risks, and improve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress towards identified improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations relevant to warehouse operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with warehouse teams and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
