Junior Membership Executive (Sales)

Based in Canggu, you'll be at the heart of Bali's vibrant martial arts community, helping to attract and retain members at our gyms across Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Junior Membership Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales and membership growth through a mix of in-person and online interactions. You'll work closely with our experienced sales team to develop and execute strategies that will help us reach our targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prospect and convert new members through in-person and online interactions
- Manage the membership lifecycle, from onboarding to retention
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage leads
- Attend industry events and workshops to stay updated on trends and best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and potential members
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales manager
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a membership-based environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of martial arts is a bonus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for martial arts and a commitment to customer satisfaction
