As a Lifting Supervisor, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, including engineers, safety officers, and crane operators. Your daily tasks will involve conducting pre-lift inspections, monitoring lifting operations, and ensuring that all safety measures are followed. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the safe and efficient execution of heavy lifting operations using cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment.
• Conduct pre-lift inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor lifting operations in real-time, providing guidance and support to crane operators and riggers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards, including those set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
• Train and mentor junior staff on lifting techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
• Maintain detailed records of lifting operations, including equipment maintenance logs and safety inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and coordinate lifting operations.
• Investigate and report on accidents or incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifting operations and heavy construction projects.
• Certification in Crane Operator or Lifting Supervisor, preferably from a recognized institution such as the American Crane Association (ACA).
• Proficient in using lifting equipment software, such as WinchPro or LiftSim.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior staff.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools, such as Procore or Primavera P6.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and meet tight deadlines.
