📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize all engineering functions at the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
