📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver engaging, project-based STEM lessons using LEGO® bricks and other educational tools.
Create and implement lesson plans that align with national and international STEM curricula.
Assess and evaluate students' progress using standardized and non-standardized assessments.
Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and support for students' learning.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in STEM education.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching STEM or early childhood education.
Certification in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of STEM concepts and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
Passion for inspiring and nurturing young learners.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
