📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Create and update schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates to support project execution and monitoring.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed and ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate planning and scheduling activities with other project elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve planning and scheduling processes.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on planning and scheduling tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
