📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
• Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
