📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote products,Provide training and support to junior medical representatives,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement,Build and maintain a portfolio of key accounts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on medical representation,Strong understanding of the medical field and pharmaceutical products,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
