📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth,Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards,Lead and mentor a team of finance officers,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors,Identify and mitigate financial risks,Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in financial software and tools,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
