📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers in the Gorontalo region.,Develop and maintain efficient distribution routes to optimize delivery times and costs.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.,Coordinate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and customer interactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide regular reports on distribution performance and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any issues related to distribution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
