📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support the IT Manager in implementing and upgrading IT systems.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT services.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Conduct regular IT audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the management of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Familiarity with IT security measures and best practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using IT tools and software.,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
