📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Barista in preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring consistent quality of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the improvement of coffee recipes and brewing methods.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area.,Work efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.,Basic understanding of inventory management and record-keeping.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
