📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of local business practices and regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles is desirable.
