📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Implement and monitor individualized therapy programs for clients with special needs.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and goals of clients.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.,Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate findings to care teams.,Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies.,Stay updated with the latest developments in special needs therapy through continuing education.,Provide support and guidance to clients in their daily activities and routines.,Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a related field.,Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.,Experience in Speech and Occupational Therapy.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid work permit for Bali.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven track record of providing quality care to individuals with special needs.
