📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source top talent.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
