📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
