📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Manage and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct and supervise laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring accuracy and quality.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a focus on leadership and team management.,Certification in laboratory safety and environmental compliance.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
