📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation by implementing and monitoring food safety protocols.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, both online and offline.,Train and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or food service operation.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
