📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and update all crew documentation, including contracts, certificates, and medical records.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with international maritime regulations.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new crew members.
• Coordinate with the crew department to ensure smooth crew changes and transitions.
• Maintain a well-organized and accessible database of crew documentation.
• Provide support to the crew department in resolving any documentation-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation of crew reports and other documentation as required.
• Stay updated with changes in maritime regulations and ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good knowledge of international maritime regulations and crew management procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with crew management software such as CrewLink or eCrew is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
