Tonton Clothing Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Manager Mandarin Speaking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Mandarin speaking team and ensuring that our products are well-received by our Chinese customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the Mandarin speaking team and ensure that they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that our products are well-promoted to our Chinese customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address any issues that arise.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure that our budget is well-managed and that we are meeting our financial targets.
  • Attend team meetings and provide updates on the progress of projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Chinese culture and customs is a plus.
  • Ability to travel is a plus.
